1.Rules and Instructions

Behavior with customer

Being in the service industry, it is our responsibility to understand the issue of the user and treat them respectfully. Please don't use harsh/sarcastic/abusive words with users.

Sharing Personal Details

Please don't share your personal details with users. In such cases, we have seen that customers bother the astrologer very much. When you talk directly to a customer, then you are bound to answer even the smallest things for free. Whereas if the customer has to ask anything on the Astroswamig app/web, they have to pay it first. Sharing your information with the customer and taking the customer's information from the customer through any option of the organization, both will be considered as a violation of the privacy policy of the organization. Violation of the privacy policy of the organization will definitely lead to punitive action. Sharing your information with the customer and taking information from the customer in any way, especially in the call, in the chat, in the report or during live streaming, it will be considered a violation of the privacy policy, in such a situation, you will be immediately removed from the organization. The portal will be deleted as well as financier charges can be imposed on you and payment in your account can also be deduccted

Promoting your product

Please do not promote or sell your individual products that are not listed in the Astroswamig App/Web. You can recommend products to customers. Post recommendation, it's their own choice from where they want to buy that product.

Tantra, Black Magic, Vashikaran

Astroswamig does not promote any superstition like Tantra, Black magic, Totke, Vashikaran, etc. We request our Astrologers to please not promote any such thing.

Asking for Money

Astrologer asking for the money from the user in their personal or any other account (Which is not Astroswamig's Official Account). Please don't ask for the money from the user in your personal or any other account (which is not Astroswamig's Official Account) in the name of any service/product.

Droping Conversation

It has been observed that the Astrologers are dragging calls and chats unnecessarily. They are asking for user details again and again. Please avoid doing this.

Profile Retention Policy

Your account is safe with us! Once created, your profile will not be deleted from our platform, but if you wish to delete it in the future, a processing fee of 7000rs will be applicable. Rest assured, your data is handled with utmost care for administrative purposes. Please note that while we will remove your profile from our portal, Google may retain its search results as part of SEO indexing, making it visible on their platform indefinitely. Sharing your credentials

It has been flagged by the system that Astrologers have shared Astroswamig Astrologer App credentials with others. The system has the data of the IP address of your system on which you are operating the app. Astroswamig would request you, kindly do not share your Front app or Astroswamig credentials with others.

Fixed Payment Terms & Conditions

Your payment will depend on your dedication towards work and your knowledge in astrology, the better service you give to the customer, the more customers join you and that helps you in increasing your payment. We provide you a system Do and provide customers together, but for maximum running, you will connect yourself with more people for maximum running, the more dedicated you will be to your work, the more you will get benefits.

2.Astroswamig Official instructions

Breach of guideline

In case AstroSwamig finds that you have violated the above terms and conditions, Astroswamig is authorised to terminate your contract and blacklist you without notice and will ask you to leave the platform or block your name from the platform of Astroswamig with immediate effect.

Payment

Payment of astrologer will be happen only in the bank account with the name of astrologer, Payment can't be happen in someone else account. Payment of the month in which astrologer has joined will happen between 7-10th of next month and if due to any reason payment is not credited into your Bank account Don't worry within 2-3 working days payment'll be credited into your Bank account, and If payment is more than 300 then we'll send.

Payment Policy

Astrologers earning less than 300 rupees in a month will not have their earnings sent from our side.

Refund Policy

Indian user Refund: For any customer complaint for any order, if admin finds the complaint genuine, it can do partial or full refund without the approval of astrologer. Foreign user refund: With foreign users, refund policies are very delicate with the payment gateway.Incase Astroswamig has to refund any amount back to a foreign user, the same shall be refunded from the astrologer as well.And in both these policy points, Admin holds the rights to refund for any order in the last 6 months.
