If you want to return/exchange/refund/cancel the 'Remedy' purchased from Astroswamig.com just call us at 0124-4575555. within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and we will be more than happy to help you with your request. We would always want you to be a happy customer.
At Astroswamig.com every care is taken to ensure your product is well packed before it is dispatched. We take extreme measures to ensure that your order arrives in best condition.
In case of damaged products, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by calling our customer care at 0124-4575544. or email us at [email protected] notifying us of any damage to the product. The product must be returned in their original packaging.

Please make a note of these steps if you have received damaged items.
Email [email protected] with your (Order number) returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the product).
Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before deliver, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your refund or send a replacement item as required.
We shall refuse any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
We shall refuse any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Based on the remedy type purchased, up to 25% custom-made charges, shipping charges and taxes may be deducted from refund amount.
